I just got a CRIS notification that for my case and my wife's case "Card production has been ordered".

1. After importing Photoshop file in to Blend,right click on any PSD layer that you want to convert it in control.Then choose MAKE IT CONTROL and you can select any style like button etc that you want.
2. Select the control,in properties panel click on event icon then choose event that you want and double click in it ,then you can write the code for that EVENT in Visual Studio.

I am applying my Labor on EB2 tomorrow (07/26/2007). Is there any glim chacne for me to get the approval before 08/14/2007? I am going through Atlanta. Please let me know how long is the average time to get the cetification from atlanta center. (One of my friend applied on 07/17/07 and got the LC on 07/23/07 from atlanta center).

Hello Everyone,
Iam an H4 transferred to H1B. I am on H1B since one year. My pay is less than the one mentioned in LCA, but more than the prevailing wages. My job profile also includes some part of salary as comission, which I would get at the end of the year. This is apart from the salary Iam receiving right now (greater than the prevailing wage and less than LCA). Do I face any problem if I happen to go for H1B visa stamp. Could you also suggest me how to defend myself if I am asked the difference in the salary by visa officer. Thanking you all in advance.

A hand written personal greeting card will be a good idea (no e-cards please)

We should also ask IV to fight against staying same or similar job position when using EAD or AC21. In a way that is totally against American competitive spirit and reward the bright spirit. Think about this way when some body is capable of climbing the ladder and able to provide great service to the company why can not he has been given promotion in the same field?? remember there is always somebody out there to abuse the system.... that is where the regulation should come into picture.

this weird idea from Point 10 of I-765 form where it says A# or I-94#
Of course in other places it just asks A# ( specially in I-131 form)
2) For I-131 there are lot of doubts - want to double check
a) Class of Admission - ?
b) A# is the very first Information sought !!
c) Date of Intended Departure and Expected length of Trip
d) For how many Trips you intend to use
3) In G-325A Bigraphic form also at the end - it again asks for
ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER - what is the that ??

only for 2 months. You should ask a friend to monitor your mail. Sometimes USCIS just sends FP requests out of the blue. At least you will be able to call and reschedule the FP.

My father filed his Labor Cert. in Aug 1996. I was 19 at the time. He then filed his I-140 on July 2000, and his I-485 on Dec 2000. He received his Greencard in August 2001. I was 24.
According to this faq from Shusterman: http://www.shusterman.com/hr1209-faq.html
the new law provides that she would be automatically reclassfied to an appropriate category, presumably family-based 2B, and that she retain her father's original priority date. This would be the date that his employer submitted the labor certification application.
Does this apply to me? According to this, would I retain my father's Priority Date of Aug 1996? I currently have an approved I-130 with a priority date of Jan 2002 under F2B which my father filed after he got his greencard.
